I would like to give my sincerest feedback on our snow trip with Mate Tours. From my first contact via WhatsApp, I received excellent service, with all my questions answered with great care and attention by Ana Carolina. My family and I went to celebrate my 25th birthday, and I couldn't have chosen a better company. They provided all the necessary information and excellent support before, during, and after the tour. Thanks also to the team that guided us on the trip, making everything much easier: James, Mariana, Leo Rocha, and Ana Carolina. We stayed in a hostel with a warm room, comfortable beds, and a hot shower waiting for us after a cold day in the snow. I would definitely recommend Mate Tours to anyone who wants to have an excellent experience like I did.

Very friendly staff, was awesome! More notice on daily itinerary would be great, rather than WhatsApp posts and the hotel food could have been healthier. There was a mistake with the room booking and they promised to make amends to put no more than 6 people in our hotel room, but in reality they tried to increase this to 8 people. The activities were so much fun and James is amazing - one of the friendliest people and would highly recommend him! Overall heaps of fun!!

We had an amazing experience with this tour! Everything was incredibly well organised from start to finish. The itinerary was clear, the transportation was comfortable and on time, and the whole trip ran very smoothly. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making everyone feel welcome and looked after. They made the day stres -free so we could simply relax and enjoy the snow.
